EXPERIENCE:
Since 1991 Kevin has actively been engaged in the appraisal of real estate. Assignments have included the following: single family residences, townhouses, condominiums, apartment units, duplexes, vacant plus improved acreage. Areas served include the following: the Fox Valley community (Kane county), DeKalb, DuPage, Cook, LaSalle, Kendall, Lake, and McHenry counties. These assignments have been for various financial institutions, relocation companies, private individuals, and foreclosure proceedings.
