EXPERIENCE:

Since 1963, has been actively engaged in the brokerage of real estate, and until September, 2011, the appraisal of real estate.
From 1963 to 1971 was the Staff Appraiser and the Senior Property Manager at the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago.
From 1971 to 1985 was employed by St. Charles Savings and Loan Association, working for the first two years as their Chief Appraiser and the remaining time as Vice President in charge of the mortgage department.
From 1985 to 2005, President of ValuMasters, Inc.,St. Charles, IL, a real estate appraisal company.
He is currently the President and Managing Broker of Schulenburg Realty, Inc

AFFILIATIONS:

He is a REALTORŪ member of the REALTORŪ Association of the Fox Valley, and is also a member of the Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC, commonly known as MRED, LLC Multiple Listing Service.
Served as Member and Director of The St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce from 1976-1982 - President, 1981, and Chairman of the Board, 1982. Currently is a Chamber Ambassador and was 1996 President of the "Ambassador Club."
Served as Chicago Chapter President of the American Society of Appraisers in 1974-75 and Illinois State Director in 1975-76.
Member, The Gideon's International , and was President of the Kane North Camp from 1997 thru 1999, and President of the Tri-Cities Camp from 2009 thru 2011.

LICENSES:

State of Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker since May, 1961, and Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker since October, 2011.
